AS1: RAM speed has little or no affect on the SMP production rate. It's all
CPU speed. No reason to heat it up unless you need the bandwidth for gaming or something else.

If you told us I have forgotten, which stat site do you use? I have noticed that KakaoStats and Extreme Overclocking update at different times and intervals. Not that it matters for this race, I'm just curious.
