What type is good?
Someone that just wants to make the country better? Not "better" as in what they personally believe is better based on what someone wrote in a book thousands of years ago or "better" as in better for their bank account but "better" as in this is what the latest peer-reviewed research tells us is the best way to handle each issue.

Believe it or not, there are actually people that study public policy and the law with the desire to work in government to make the country a better place. Like, millions of them. Most of them would be a better choice than a woman who is an unqualified failure as a CEO.

Lies always matter to me, where did you get the idea that they did not? Put any Democrat candidate meter against any GOP candidate meter and you quickly see that the GOP lies more consistently.
Ah...the old 'yeah my shit stinks but your shit stinks worse' argument. Hard to argue with that! But some proof would be nice...got any, or is this just a gut feeling of yours?

Here you go Blackjack:

In early January 2005, the Hewlett-Packard board of directors discussed with Fiorina a list of issues that the board had regarding the company's performance.[64] The board proposed a plan to shift her authority to HP division heads, which Fiorina resisted.[65] A week after the meeting, the confidential plan was leaked to the Wall Street Journal.[66] Less than a month later, the board brought back Tom Perkins and forced Fiorina to resign as chair and chief executive officer of the company.[67] The company's stock jumped on news of her departure, adding almost three billion dollars to the value of HP in a single day.[68][69] Many employees celebrated her resignation.

Or you can just admit that you're either incompetent or too lazy to look it up. I'm not going to spoon feed you.

Carly Fiorina, the person I detest more than any other on the entire planet.... and you support her?

The queen of job exportation..... Mrs "there is no job that is america’s god-given right anymore" Fiorina.... and you support her?

Carly the destroyer of the most revered tech company in the world (who did the damage over the objections of the founding family members).... and you support her?

Carly the queeen bitch who halved the value of HP stock in her tenure, got fired and received a bank truck of gold for her incompetence (20+ millions)..... and you support her?

Carly the jackal who HAPPILY cratered the jobs of thousands of American engineers..... and you support her?

Carly Imma Genuis Fiorina who thought it was a brilliant move to sully HP with the likes of Compaq... fucking COMPAQ!!!!..... and you support her?

If I were to do any violence to any human on earth it would be to this treacherous piece of human flotsam. I hope her cancer comes back.

Nope, the old "I'll take the candidate who tells the truth more often" argument.

You not able to use Politifact or something?

Yeah, real compelling.
And some think she did the right thing at HP and positioned the company for long-term success and growth...people like Craig Barrett (former Chairman of the Board for Intel)

Sadly support for troops in Iraq had now grown to half the American people. At this point it may be inevitable that we lose a few thousand more American kids to the senseless meatgrinder in Iraq. It is bad over there right now, I have to wonder just how much worse it will be once we fuck it up yet again.

You should change your username to 'talkingpoints'. Oh, and you're a misogynist.

So you openly support outsourcing? I thank you for admitting it but you will get precious little support from anybody on this board with that position.

At HP, Fiorina developed the reputation of a manager who knocked heads together—or who chopped them off. And there were massive layoffs during her tenure. In 2003, the company announced it would dismiss almost 18,000 people. (That year, the firm posted a $903 million loss on $56.6 billion in revenue.) When the outsourcing of jobs turned into a national political issue, Fiorina became the poster-girl for an industry campaign aimed at blocking any legislation that would restrict a company's ability to can American employees in favor of workers overseas.

Wah! Stop picking on doc! Just let him make his bullshit claims without questioning, I mean, without picking on him!

He could easily answer every question but would rather waste his time telling everyone why he won't bother.

Poor little doc.

Poor little doc.

In Docs defense, I have seen him give very thorough and thoughtful answers on topics and then on others not. I do the same thing all the time. Sometimes it is fun to drill down into the details and sometimes it just plain sucks.
