I use Quaker State Full Synthetic 5W20 and change it every 10K KM

Whatever you decide to do, get a UOA done at Blackstone. That will tell you how your specific car is holding up and is well worth the money.

pay for a better one. Those people don't get paid nearly enough to do a good job.

You can always change just the filter and not the oil. Actually my Accord's manual says to change the oil every 10k and the filter every 20k. That seems crazy to me, I just do both every 5k but I could probably get away with more.

Not everyone knows UOA is used oil analysis.

If you want to go a year or 15K or more, use Amsoil.
Amsoil is a stellar product... Put it in your gearbox while you're at it. The stuff rocks.
