hulls built cheaply in korea or china, completed somewhere else. relatively speaking, those are small to medium sized ships and together have only a fraction of the displacement of what the big yards in korea and the netherlands can crank out.
Those are really cool - The big orange one at the bottom works like a submarine: Basically, the crew can flood it, it sinks, the crew tow it under the load, then they pump the water back out...:thumbsup:
