Another thing you should check is if you can actually receive credit for a language class if you are a native speaker. At my university, you don't receive foreign language credit if you are a native speaker.

If all else fails, drop the class.

Seek legal aid for what? Slander? Libel? Making him have a bad day? Filing a complaint and standing up for himself should be enough.

So what exactly should I do?
Do I just go to class like nothing had happen?

I am kind of worry about my grade by now, he might just be very strict on my grade from now on :eek:

heh no kidding. I took Spanish 1 at night at a community college just to learn, the first night the prof asked who here already was fluent. Half the class raised their hands. Oh well what do you want for $11 a credit.
