Here is my stand:

To deny them the permits would be contrary to our Constitution; which forbids government intrusion in religion AND, if it is read correctly, forbids government intrusion on private property.

That said, what they are doing IS tasteless and a clear insult. So the only recourse is PRIVATE and peaceful action, NOT government.

This is where private protest comes in, and citizen blockades would work. Hell, have sit-ins and close the place down. But it has to be done by citizens, not the government.

For if we give the government the power to regulate one belief, we give them the power to regulate all belief. Same as to private property.
