What's underage? 16 is legal some places, yet illegal where I live. Not to mention have you even spoken to anyone who's 13-16? Most of them are trying to fuck as it is.
 
Good thing they made her bail $75,000. Hopefully that will keep her off the streets and from viciously having extremely consensual sex.
