the irony is that it sounds like SUCH a republican song, yet john mellencamp hates the current administration... kinda like springsteen and "born in the usa"...

GODDAMMIT! THE FVCKING SONG IS ON AGAIN!

it's on EVERY DAMN COMMERCIAL BREAK! it doesn't matter what sport it is... it's ALWAYS on.

I don't like the song either, and I voted against the republicans, but take your pathetic political whining back to P&N with the rest of your liberal quack friends.

it was a nice song the 1st or 2nd time. But it was overplayed and now I just change the channel or mute the tv.

some of you guys that don't have sunday ticket shoudl be glad. atleast you'll only hear it 2-3 times per game. I try to watch almost every game and see the commercial at least a dozen times every sunday.

I hate the commercial more than the song. Patriotic images with a Chevy thrown in. The commercial really has nothing to do with trucks until the end when they throw the logo at you.

A great way to ruin your new single is to put it in an overplayed commercial. Mellencamp may be laughing all the way to the bank but he sure isn't much of an artist, more of a creator of commercial jingles it seems. Next thing you know Oscar Meyers is going to hire him to masterfully create music for their new commercial.
