While we're being anal, he didn't say "The show sucks ass for me" or "I hate that show about as much as sucking ass". He gave a blanket statement of "that show sucks ass", which conflicts with saying that it only sucks ass for him.

True, but if my opinion was the supreme opinion in the universe, and when I said that something sucked ass, it literally meant that it did, we wouldn't be having this argument. I think it's fairly obvious that my opinion applies only to me.

well the thing is, he jumped onto the band wagon late in the game, misses all the character development of the first 24 shows.. makes a snap judgement about a show that isn't episodic in nature(like simpsons), and instead of asking wheres the beef, rants about it sucking😛

But anyways, like I said in the other thread: How/why did his wife die last season? I did not watch any episodes last time, but I swore I'm gonna watch them all this season. Just a brief answer, who killed her, and why does he blame the company he used to work for???

A traitor inside CTU killed her. Her name was Nina and she had an affair with Jack at some point in the past, and was his biggest cheerleader during the entire season. She killed Jack's wife while she was supposedly being protected in CTU, which is why he blames them for her death. After finally getting her back (she spent most of the season in some kind of danger or another), he left her in the "safe" hands of CTU only to have her killed.

Edit: I'm not going to comment on the merits of the show, cause I like the show and don't much care if anyone else does or not.
