He just had more balls than most of the posters that want to put slobber on his cumglobbler.

They wish they could say things like the retard did but are afraid someone will hunt them down in real-life.

His shit in threads where people were losing or lost loved ones was worthy of a permanent ban. It's one thing to say "hahah your car sux" another "hahah your cat is missing, probably someone is eating him"

What he said was tough to hear, but that doesn't mean he should be banned for saying it. I've had lost pets that have met their fate. I've had some that came back with scars, TFP was just a part of life.

If you can't bear to imagine your pet meeting a grisly fate, don't own them.

I don't miss him. I was getting crazy when every thread was derailed into a pissing contest 5 posts in by him.

worthless fuddy duddy with no sense of wit or humor. I would see why you hate TFP. His mental farts would easily outclass your pathetic attempts at contributing to a thread.

Dude you fall at linking for one, and there is no place to make fun of someone for losing a loved one whether it's a pet or person.

People die everyday, If you feel this is ok next time one of your family members gets sick or dies let us belittle you over it.

He wasn't funny though...he just said the worst possible things about everyone that no normal person would.

Only the weak found him amusing.

Like I say maybe I wasn't around his posts long enough to appreciate it, he seemed to just be a moronic troll from the posts I saw.

He told me that for having a mental health condition I was a weak person unable to deal with life.

That was it for me, he was an insulting abusive ignorant troll.

His writing was well crafted, with poise and satire. Your banalities, by comparison, are tear-jerkingly boring; the producer of such trivial self absorption would indeed be hard-pressed to understand the level TFP was at.

Taejin, did you have romantic feelings for him? You are one of his few defenders here....

guess that's ok and all, but strange.

If someone I loved died I would give less of a shit of what you guys thought than I normally do.

A dead pet can't even compare to the death of a random human though.

I can read fifty dead pet threads and feel less remorse than the story of a few stray innocent humans killed. It sucks people's pets die, but if they plan to be pet owners over their lives, they will have to deal with dead pets and learn how to deal with it well.

I have a dead uncle, he used to punch cars, you can make jokes about that if you want.

If I have romantic feelings for TFP, I assure you they are entirely platonically romantic. This is under the assumption TFP was male. Of course if TFP was female I'D HIT THAT SHIT.

I read the rest of the meat in this thread, and it seems like it's not particularly me who has strong feelings about TFP, but you.. Seems like some of TFP's abrasive posting style found itself in some pet threads and had you in a tizzy =(.

While I do not have the same artful derision of humanity, fat people or pets that TFP does, I can still appreciate his writing style and delivery. Perhaps you are unable to divorce yourself from subject matter at hand and the message, but I certainly can.

And they do say that hate is just another side of love...! So mayhap you are the one who is romantically invested in TFP :D

edit: it seems the majority of users miss him? So how does that make me the minority anyways D:

Well crafted? Really? He was a one trick pony who basically posted the same shit every message, all he ever did was change a few words to fit whatever he was making a lame attempt to tear down. A person who had real writing ability wouldn't have to stick to the same shtick. He was the troll equivalent of Dane Cook.

Indeed if he was so easy to emulate, perhaps you would do well to do so. It would raise your rather abysmal popularity around here.

Taejin, it's clear you have unnatural and unhealthy feelings for the dude.

You saying "well if you distance yourself from the subject matter..." is moronic at best and equivalent to someone yelling FIRE in a crowded theatre "but just joking".

Why would I want to emulate him? Dane Cook is popular maybe I should emulate him too? I could care less what people on an internet forum think about me, ohhh my popularity's low on ATOT what am I going to do? I know, I'll go kill myself!

Nah actually I'll call up a few females I know and go out into the real world and hit up a club and enjoy life, not worry about fitting in here.

See this is where you are trying to be 'hard' but very wrong about the subject matter.

Humans made pets their extended families. Many humans killed people over trying to harm their dogs. A good dog can be far more valuable than a 'random human' especially in survival and definitely in companionship.

It's people like you that do not understand the whole animal vs human life debate. The main focus is when people put a value on a RANDOM animal over a RANDOM person. That's the issue.

I somehow think you look up to your uncle and probably him punching other people's cars. You are probably one of those types that think "well it's normal for a car to get dented".

Surely you could do better than just trying to insinuate I'm gay/biased. ..right? =P Okay okay we get it, making fun of dead pets is sacrilege. Some of us don't really care.. Frankly, anything TFP might have said about in various pet threads didn't even register on my radar; my opinion of TFP is based on general impressions from reading his posts / I actually cracked a smile while reading them.

A sentiment a lot of other ATOT'ers seem to share, if the poll is to be believed.

You on the other hand.. I can't say you gave any other impression other than a wet paper towel.

And your second sentence doesn't make any sense. How is distancing yourself from the subject matter equivalent to endangering the lives and safety of other human beings?

Perhaps, but it's also normal for pets to be loved by me. I love our spunky sidekicks. Sometimes they run away, they get run over, shot by some jack-off redneck, and it is sad, but as sad as it is, it's not too sad for people to lob jokes in the general direction.

People's feelings are all well and good, but they shouldn't disallow people from making off-color comments. The off color comments provide perspective on the whole discussion.

TFP was tedious at times, but had some very funny posts. I agree with others that he's much more entertaining than our newest lifer troll, as well as some of the emo whiners.

Dude, it's pointless to discuss this with you when in the other thread you are OK with a cop running down two teenagers without his lights on.

You are trying far to hard here to thinly-veil antagonistic remarks.

If this were Gotham city, TFP was Heath Ledger's Joker. The people who hated TFP around here, equivalent in comparison were essentially Gambol and the Chechen.

He brought a new class of troll and cleaned the place up of small fry. Now that he's gone, petty trolls have been on the rise.

I'm not okay with anything, I just balance my emotions and judgement, and usually arrive at a decision that seems "okay." I'm not an antagonist, I like peace, except with discussion, discussion needs to be lively and fueled by all sorts of embers.

Some burn bright, some are the deepest coals, black and fueling the fire. All have to exist for anything to have any semblance of meaning. I didn't like all of TFP's pet comments, they were in poor taste, but if someone made them, I wouldn't cry, I'd rebut and say my pet was a fighter, and tell stories of his exploits.

If everyone in ATOT is noble and just, a little chaff from TFP shouldn't dent their armor. If it does, they need to level up, find some better armor.
