How's that going to help with liquid explosives like nitroglycerin? One could easily camel back them around gut or thighs to feel just like flesh. Then there are hundreds of softer targets I won't get into but just think of all places lots of people gather unarmed and you can get a pretty good idea of more people than an airplane carries. I guess were lucky they have hardons for airplanes and tall buildings because there are way softer targets which could do way more damage and there is nothing you can do to stop someone who is willing to die. We need to start with profiling and reconsider our immigration quotas instead of harassing Americans.

It is now a known fact that this was an attempted terrorist act inspired if not supported by al quaida. We can all be thankful pasengers reacted quickly and prevented a MAJOR LOST OF LIFE.
