Yeah, um, why was it raised in the first place? The terror alert system is a bunch of crap that does nothing but encourage alarmists to buy duct tape.

Actually, yes it is. It seems that Bush has a good friend who owns a company that produces about 40% of the duct tape in the US. That certain friend just happened to make a HUGE campaign donation last election. I wonder what company that makes plastic sheeting it was that got "rewarded" during this last alert? *sigh* I hate politics and ignorant, greedy politicians. I say just blow up the world and let's start all over again from scratch.

- I was in the stores a few days after the alert had been raised to orange and a large shelf area of the store had been completely wiped out. I then relalized that was where the bottled water had been. I hope those people enjoy drinking their 8 cases of water. 😉
