Done with it, had promise until it aired, then the problems started. They have NO idea where they want to take the show so viewers are dropping like flies while people in board rooms try and figure it out. next......

So this past episode was bad ass, you all need to give it another shot. Might fill in the void that Walking Dead left behind.

I am finding it to be either really entertaining or really really bad week to week. There is no middle ground with this show.

I'm finding it entertaining. It's more a show with advanced humans during dinosaur times than one with a big backstory like Lost. Feels more like a procedural cop show with some major crime/serial killer - you know, where it's a new crime a week, but they hint a little bit about the "big" story? Think X-Files, NCIS, CSI, etc.

Once Upon a Time, now that's a good lost replacement.

Military equipment is shielded against an EMP, theirs wasn't.

How do you repair a CPU that has been destroyed by an EMP?

There's an access shaft that's to small for adults to get through? Did they build the place with child labor?

Well I would assume theirs is not exactly military equipment like a fortified bunker and hardened computers would be.

Other then for that room they were stuck in what we have seen looks like stuff that can be easily transported and set up to use in the outpost.

As for repairing it who knows but this is taking place 100+ years in the future in a way.

Only thing I was wondering is does it do damage like that if the chips were not even online or connected to something?

You would think they would have put a spare chip that runs the chip making machine in the fortified bunker.

There's a manual override to a room secured with a vault door and a combination that only requires pulling a handle to use?

All their modern technology just got burned out. So it's up to the Luddite to fix it with old fashioned non-computerized technology.

Last I check but a lot of our basic tools don't use computer chips so who knows what they have.

Could be something they did for when the power was out for the door but I was wondering also why the dad didn't give the girl the password for the keypad.

I expect the keypad was disabled since everything runs on magical chips although I wouldn't expect the override to work only without power because then you just cut power to the door and you're in.

So, I forgot to watch the last epsidoe. Did I miss anything? I'm guessing that it is another fille episode.

Sixers attacked while Terra Nova's defenses were down due to an EMP. They were able to get the purple object which they turned over to The Colonel's son. It turned out to be some sort of computer that'll help him with this calculations.

I've watched all of the episodes, and I'm still having fun laughing about all of the idiotic things that happen while the GF sits there seemingly enjoying it.

Could be worse, I guess.

I love how the dinosaurs are treated exclusively as a plot device. It's like Terra Nova is a theme park that releases dinos at appropriate times to create "tension".

An Access hatch that only fits a small child? Who designed that shit? What if someone's trapped in there without a kid?

My dad watches it. I watched one episode and haven't seen it since. Awful acting, retarded storyline, and they do stupid stuff. Not for me I guess.

The only people I know who watch this show are watching it because of how terrible it is. They tell me they just can't get enough of talking shit on how shitty the show is.

I like the idea for the show, i like the realistic dinos, the boss guy is like an old porno actor, and his sidekick the cop is straight from the shadow of night rider. Parts of the story are good, but it always trails off into some stupid BS, Get better actors, better writers and it would be decent.
