At first there were a lot of dinosaurs and by the end of the series they must of gotten laid off or something.

Yeah, looking for a new home never works for shows. Especially not shows like Stargate SG-1 and stuff.

Didn't Star Trek Voyager progress from Fox to UPN later on in its life?

Nope, Voyager started on UPN. They launched the network with it, actually.

I'm kinda glad that SciFi didn't pick it up like someone mentioned. Could you imagine how bad the CGI would be with on SciFi's special effects budget?

LOL,
Now that I think about it, your right, they seem to have been on vacation the last episodes.

Having watched about two eps only...

The dino's were a terrible plot device thing or whatever they were. Why couldn't they just, you know, SHOOT THEM WITH A FUCKING GUN and kill them? Texashiker's family alone would've cleared a 2 mile radius within a week.

just find some stud actor and actress and bring back xfiles.

terra nova, i tried to like it but it was just god awful. i never once felt like it was something i had to watch.... really, i mean to this day, the movie jurassic park ruins any dinosaur show or movie. hard to believe they did that so well in the 90's that nobody yet has matched it

I think they said something about disturbing the ecosystem and the past to much, which would effect the future. But hey, it's not like having humans go back in time didn't mess with that already.

I didnt think the show was terrible, but I agree with most of the complaints. What I dont understand is if it cost $4 mil an episode, why do they waste that money on episodes that dont advance the story? They could have told a complete story in 13 episodes, but instead they dick around with a family drama, that wasn't even good by family drama standards. If you take all the elements that advanced the story from all the episodes, they probably only add up to one or two episodes. Its too bad this kept going for as long as it did, but a show like Lone Star gets axed after 2 episodes. I'll never understand Fox.

I believe they thought they were on a parallel earth, so it wouldnt effect their present time.

A better version of this type of show is called Outcasts, which ran on BBC.
