What you are talking about isn't making new jobs in rural America you are talking about people moving outside of a major cities and working from home. There will be some of that but the experts predict a hybrid work environment post Covid. What specific jobs are we going to create out in rural America? I have not heard an answer to that.

As for Cat and John Deere those are both large compare manufacturers. I am talking smaller medium sized manufacturers that do not use rail and depend on trucking. Businesses clump together in population centers for a reason and its way more complicated than you think to disperse them.

Ah, that explains why 23 of the top 25 states with a surge in COVID cases on a per-capita bases are bright red states filled with those that ain't very bright.

Please google the meaning of "per-capita" if the concept eludes you.

Here is a pick of the shit hole I live in. Wife and I don't go out and socialize because of Covid but we like to drive downtown or along the beach and things are bustling. Some streets have been shut down to allow for restaurants to have outside dining.
