My #1 customer is in Little Rock so I go there all the time.

If you are going to go anywhere in Arkansas I would recommend checking out the Ozark mountains. The city near there, Fayetteville, is great as well. Lots of nice people, good food and good fun to be had.

Yeah, I am in NWA (Northwest Arkansas) and that is Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville. They consider this a Metro area with regards to advertising, hence the reason I said it is the second metro area in AR.

Fayetteville is an awesome place, if you love NCAA Football, Baseball, or Basketball. Football is by far the biggest draw, but our baseball team is actually very good and the basketball guys continue to try and recapture the glory from the 1994 national championship team.

Dixon street in Fayetteville is where the night life is in Fayetteville. Think of it in terms of Belle Street, without the street performers. At least not as many.

But this is a thread about Little Rock, not NWA. I have lived in AR my entire life and I can say I love it. Then again, I am biased!

I used to go up to Fayetteville all the time for work at my old job and loved the city. Literally everyone I met was nice and I always had a good time going out on Dixon street. I have since adopted the Razorbacks as my 2nd favorite college football team.

Little Rock is nice. Night life is pretty good in the River Market District. Lots of bars and restaurants. If you're so inclined, the Clinton Presidential Library is here. You can find BBQ ranging from not so good to excellent, depends on where you go. There is a minor league baseball team, Arkansas Travelers with a very nice ball park. It is not a BIG city but you can keep yourself entertained for a couple of days. We have a zoo. I can't attest to how good or bad it is because I haven't been there in about 35 years! Plenty of shopping.
