4)Abbas? stance from the start was a two state solution, even while functioning under Arafat?s wing. Palestinian people knew his position and majority voted for him.

has he changed the plo charter on its stance of destruction of israel? has he changed the school books which deny its existence?

as for czars "maps".. from what i remember there were no official maps released from 2000 negotiations. you don't give the other side maps with concessions because they will just turn around waving it around and use it as their next starting point for negotiations after rejection. the "projections" are made to look as bad as possible to justify arafats rejection of peace. one should know better than to trust arafat. its in dennis rosses book the missing peace😛 here are some page scans so u understand. http://supernatural.blogs.com/weblog/2005/02/the_rejected_ma.html

0roo0roo,
these are mapped derived from the proposal that was in one offer, if you take a look at the webpage with the maps you can see quite alot of other offers and ideas there as well

here is clintons proposal as per your webblog link

But this is not just about terratory, but also who controls what within that terratory, the camp david proposals put alot of that control over to the Israeli side. Ultimately I belive that is what stopped the process.

Looks like Abbas, who is a good man, has many enemies to fight. The Palestinian media is one of them.

Also, the school system of the Palestinian areas needs to be completely overhauled as it teaches nothing but hatred for Jews. It doesn't have Israel on maps and students are brainwashed to think that they must wipe out the Jewish state. Abbas has a lot of work to do and I wish him well.

Palestinian radio: Tel Aviv club a 'military target'

The Palestinian station told its listeners information received from a "very senior Israeli officer" indicated "an elite unit of the occupation army" was meeting in the nightclub and was the target of the "martyr" operation.

Two days later, Al-Hayat al-Jadeeda, an official newspaper directed by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah Party, ran a front-page picture of the suicide bomber, identified as Abdullah Badran, 21, a university student from near the West Bank town of Tulkarem, with a caption calling him a "martyr."

I want Arabs and muslims to come out and condemn these actions. By not speaking, your're in effect saying you don't care and thus supporting these actions.
