Another example of ATPN thread "white privilege". In some eyes Dunn gets every benefit of doubt. Kids in car get none.

Just the one fact alone that he fled the scene without calling the PD to inform them he had to use his gun in "self-defense" is completely telling, anyone who would argue otherwise is just an idiot.

Don't point a shotgun at someone who politely asks you to turn down the volume and don't end up dead.

A person who politely asked that wouldn't shoot at a moving SUV, then leave the scene without even reporting what happen. Oh and then ordering a fucking pizza like nothing had happened.

There's also the whole no actual shotgun thing, you believe they drove around the corner and were able to hide a fucking SHOTGUN to where it couldn't be found? David Blaine musta been in the car with them.

try again.

But he had more liquor and a pizza to eat

I'd agree IF there was a shotgun...Without it Dunn is done for murder one...

Nope. He needs two pieces of evidence. One is that witnesses calling 911 and stating it looked like the teens were stashing something. Two is the phone records of the teens at the time and who they were calling. If the phone records show that the teens were on the phone with anyone other than police then that adds more evidence for Dunn's claim.

As much as I know some of you hate it, but a witness verifying that they did in fact stop in this other parking lot, leave the vehicle, and appear to stash something is HUGELY damning to your agenda of making sure this guy is convicted.

Again, I have yet to hear ANY logical reasoning on why the felon thug crew left the gas station, didn't go to a hospital or down the road but DIRECTLY to the parking lot right next door (I thought they were ascared of the crazed old businessman??!!), quickly CIRCLE the parking lot, find a good 'stash spot', and then are observed by a witness to be stashing something.

It's not like they went down the road and pulled to the shoulder, or what have you. They were reported to have circled the parking lot.

Like I said.... Jury of 6.... Dunn will go free just based on what we know right now. If cell records show ANY of the felon thug crew making an outbound call other than 911 then it's slam dunk self defense.

It's a good thing the witness didn't say they appeared to stash something. He said, "I don't know if they were trying to stash something in the car or look for something or what," which is clearly a guess. He also said he didn't see a gun or see them take anything out of the car. I'm sure all of that will be explained when he is called as a witness, if Dunn doesn't do the smart thing and make a plea deal.

Just look back in the thread, I've probably explained it 4 times already. There was no good "stash spot" in a parking lot with 3 restaurants and a Starbucks open. You're ignoring logic here. They were not observed by a witness to be stashing something, please stop lying. The witness said he didn't see them remove anything from the car.

You can keep repeating that all you want, it still doesn't change the fact that a witness saw them acting suspicious in some corner of the parking lot.

And again, don't "hate me" for delivering the message without emotion or bias, but based on what we know thus far dunn will go free. Like it or not, races reversed or not, the felon thug crew's little story is full of holes and NO jury is going to believe that a crew who runs with thugs drove and circled a parking lot before returning to the scene for no reason.

Really, did he say they were acting suspicious? Where did you read that?

Dunn may go free, you never know with a jury. I don't think you can really call yourself unbiased when you just lied about a witness's statement. It's not even debatable, you said the witness observed them stashing something when that witness said he didn't see them take anything out of the car. You lied. Your bias is obvious.

The only thing I am biased against is thug culture.

You all keep screaming bias and racism every time a person who is darker than medium beige ends up shot and gets NO support. What you don't realize is that when these people turn out to be little wannabe gangsters who run with felons and point shotguns at people that the VAST majority of society is going to shun them.

I know that if I was getting shot at, I'd stay right where I was. Everyone knows it harder to hit a stationary target.

Based on what we know right now, with eyewitness testimony, he will serve no jail time.

"One was on his cellphone looking back, and it looked like they were pretty much just -- I don't know if they were trying to stash something in the car or look for something or what, but it looked like they got out, kind of brushed themselves off and then they got back in," the witness told a 911

In the Spatial dictionary "I don't know" translates into "they definately were" because I gotta do everything to absolve the guy with the cracker mentality. Black people are always guilty of something.

Wait, so they stashed the shotgun in the car?? THUGS! SA is clearly right here, I bet it's in the the SUV and the police just couldn't find it, SUV's can be rather large you know.

I just figure, if playing loud music is enough justification for cops to shoot a dog dead, and the dog wasn't even playing the music, then playing the music yourself is definitely grounds to get yourself shot.
