Movies and rap have been glorifying thug's life and extreme retaliation for perceived slights or disses, ethics be damned, respect through brutality and superior force, no snitching, insert 100 other highly antisocial and dysfunctional principles, tenets, and customs of gang and prison thug's life culture. Hurray for the arts.

please lay it out for me. For one the OP posted data from 2005. Secondly there is absolutely no one in debate right now that more violent crimes are being commited by minors...

I don't know what your agenda is nor do I want to with your fixation on saying kids today are better than ever.

This.

I find it simply amazing that you can get groups of people to pull this off. How does this go on? I mean not one of them, much less like 2 or 3 says to the group "guys this is getting out of hand..." Or how about in the beginning when everything is being discussed like the idea to lure the kid over? "Yeah, I'm out of here ya psycho's have fun with your plans..." How on earth do you get this many bad people together? Or if they are not bad people how do they all agree on the idea itself? It is mind boggling.

-Exhibit A: Nazi Germany.

Seriously though, just execute them all and the world will be a slightly better place at the end of the day.

First you tell me the numbers from the DJS don't say what I said they say.
Then you vastly narrowed your blanket assertion to, Florida.
Then you say you read an article but neither provide it, or better yet, provide the source of the stats for the article.
Then you tell me that the latest trend data is too old.
Now you're reasserting your blanket assertion that juvenile murder offenses are on the rise, when the data I presented show a clear decline from a peak in the mid-90s, for the 14-17 age group, and a steady flay line trending down for the under 14 crowd.
This is a debate, so I guess you're wrong about that too.

25 years busting rocks into gravel, 16h a day, with gruel for rations, might learn em. I suppose most of them would kill themselves after a few months anyhow.

I was on my mobile device and only the top part of that page loaded which was the victimizations.

Those trends are way fucking old...7 years old in reality.

Still dated but 3 years newer:

The problem most are having is so much of these 'childhood' crimes get different verdicts and the perpetrator counselling or some other slap on the wrist.

It's no different than the real unemployment numbers being much higher since they don't count 'everyone'.

You'd have to be blind to think otherwise.

Child crimes of murder are increasing...first they feel they will get off at worse 'crazy' and then get everything reset at 18, second they think no one will ever figure it out.

Meanwhile the parents are oblivious and god forbid anyone bring it to their attention.

Also like most of our posters, our citizens seem to think it's none of their business to call these types of people out.

I'm willing to bet the consequences of what they were doing were the last thing on their mind.

I am sure it came up...5+ people involved in this plan.

"Hey dawgs u all kidz n shit. Get 1 of the gurlz to take the rap...she cry on da stand and dey just let her off...probation mother fuckers, probation. R alibi will b we all at my crib playin' nintendo...it's the perfect crime!"

You think normal people would hang out with these guys? You don't go from normal to torturing and killing someone. I'm sure those that knew them knew enough to keep well away. What you're left with is a group of psychopaths.

That is truly fucked up...I live in Orlando and I can't remember the last time I heard something so barbaric.
