When people call in and they just say it dont work. Then you have to twist there arm to make them tell you WHAT dont work.

How long can a human answer tech support calls with out loosing it?

I did customer services for 1yr and then tech support for almost 2yrs and it drove me nuts....now I only do a little bit of tech support a day so it's ok.

I've managed 10minutes without losing it but that's only because I'm an easy going guy!

Woohoo I don't do tech support no more because I'm a manager now! :D

I know I do. My patience is shot when I leave work. If friends call me on the phone for help I am really short with them. :)

yes, do tell... rather than calling dell, which is free phone support, they call you... to use up your time in hopes of saving themselves some time in figuring it out 'themselves'.... sigh... but what are friends for ... but... friends don't do this to a friend on their time off of 'fixing computers'...
