Wow...they picked up shipping...big deal.
If you can fill out a form, then DISPUTE the charge and KEEP the drive. I purchased 1 from ecost and 1 from pcmall. They charged me shipping for 10 drives, sold me 10 drives and charged me for 10 drives, yet decided to send only 1. They KNEW (maybe not right away, but before most of the drives were sent) about the problem and still sent the one drive just to be @ssholes.
(I will give you a hint, it is not a pricing error when their shipping caluator is charging you for the right thing.)
Did they send an letter saying "we are sorry, WE totally screwed up..." NOPE.
I do not expect companies to never have pricing errors, but to lie (to cover their @ss or reduce costs) like in this case is not cool.
Returning it to them lets them off cheap.
