I RMA'd mine, got picked up monday. Hoping they credit my credit card. Their Customer support was not bad at all, it took about 5 minutes of talking and 10 minutes of being on hold waiting for a rep. Good thing I have a speaker phone =)

just jumping in with a comment of my own, though i'm not really involved in this current fiasco. i've dealt with pcmall in the past (they used to be called computability.com) and i got the best service and treatment of any online vendor i ever dealt with. i ordered a viewsonic pt775 (this was about 18 months ago and when it arrived it had a bit of a burn/discoloration in one corner. all it took was one phone call and they cross-shipped me a replacement and picked up the defective one at their cost. since then i've ordered lots of various components, video cards, cd-roms, soundcards, hard drives... no problems whatsoever... anyway, just adding my 2c.

Wow...they picked up shipping...big deal.

If you can fill out a form, then DISPUTE the charge and KEEP the drive. I purchased 1 from ecost and 1 from pcmall. They charged me shipping for 10 drives, sold me 10 drives and charged me for 10 drives, yet decided to send only 1. They KNEW (maybe not right away, but before most of the drives were sent) about the problem and still sent the one drive just to be @ssholes.

(I will give you a hint, it is not a pricing error when their shipping caluator is charging you for the right thing.)

Did they send an letter saying "we are sorry, WE totally screwed up..." NOPE.

I do not expect companies to never have pricing errors, but to lie (to cover their @ss or reduce costs) like in this case is not cool.

Returning it to them lets them off cheap.

FYI I went ahead and filled with the Attorney states general and the FBI consumer fraud division over this deal, after getting all these documents stating "pack of 10" and being laughed at by consumer service they deserve it.

I just got one of these from Computer-show.com about a month ago. Nice Drive. I just checked, they don't have any more.
