I got a Tbird 1.1 GHz a couple of weeks ago with a Msi K7T Pro2 and modified my
Alpha FC-Pal35 to fit on the Athlon (Removed the plastic legs) anyways a week after i bough a new case Fong Kai Fk-603 with a 300watts AMD approuved PS and when i put the cpu back on it wasn't working... the led on the board were telling that there was a cpu failure, but luckly i was able to get rma and get a new one that i'll have tomorrow. So i was wondering if it was safe to put back my Alpha on that tbird, i think that it crushed the core last time, i've heard so many horror stories about that i'm thinking of getting a superorb.
Would that be Justified?
Thanks
