My only regret is that I thought "sticker" tattoos were cool when I was a teenager. Got my tat's at 15, 16, 25, 26. I wish some of them were much bigger.

i hear ya there. same for me.

i dont regret any of my tats, they all have personal meaning to me. luckily i happen to love the art that went into them. even the blurry, prison-like style of my forearm tat that i did myself with a homemade gun and guitar string needle. i work with a guy that totally regrets his tattoos, to the point that he will go to great lengths to make sure people can not see them, and wont show them even on show and tell day at the bar lol.

I never understood this mindset people have with anything in life that all the sudden they don't enjoy or like something anymore just because it's popular.

I know a guy that everything is like that. Everything he does he want's to come across as "unique" so he has his Mac's, he listens to non main stream music, he reads obscure books, he loves movies no ones heard of and ever damn time one of those things he loves becomes main stream he can all the sudden no longer enjoy it.

I just don't get it. 😕

i dont suddenly dislike tattoos because others are getting into it or that they are becoming more mainstream, i just wish others wouldnt have adopted the same styling i already had. most of the time my tattoos dont even show, there are people ive known for years that only have seen the one on my forearm and the one on my hand. im ok with that.

There's a guy at my gym with some tats on both arms, and I always have to chuckle to myself when I see them. Thing is, he's black, and fairly dark, so you can barely see 'em. I have no idea what they are. I don't get the point of that at all.

Happy with all of mine, dont give a fuck if some people dont like them or not. I had a pretty damn good idea what "on my skin forever" meant, dont regret nor do i see myself ever regretting them.
I have a full sleeve going past my shoulder on my right arm, one on back, one on back of neck, and one covering most of my left forearem. will get left sleeve done within a year. Got my first tat almost 14 years ago and only wish i had the money to get even more back then.

I don't have one...never cared for them that much or had interest. My wife got one when she was 18 and now regrets it. She's grown into a woman and now realizes how stupid it was to put something perm on her body. She's talked several times about doing the laser treatment.
