Ah okay. I went to their website and it talked about using forums with but I wasn't sure what made it special when all these smartphones have a browser anyway.

I'm not up or into this big mobile app/smartphone craze. Seems to be a huge thing, but man are those plans expensive. For being a technology geek, I still have a regular phone that I hate texting with and only use for calls. Even that is like $35/mo and there's no way at this point I want to have an $80 phone bill.
 
I use Tapatalk on a couple of forums and it works well. Very cool that it is here now....

Advantage of Tapatalk for some is that it loads really fast and goes to the last unread reply in a viewed thread. It's formatted for phone viewing so I don't have to scroll in and out. The best part for me is I can use dark theme which will display the background in black and the text in white. My phone has S-AMOLED screen so it uses zero power to display the black. Color white is the enemy of AMOLED as it uses the most power so anytime I can avoid displaying it, the better for my phone battery life.

Interesting.... it marks all threads you have replied to as favorites. Never noticed that on other forums, but that may have just been me not paying attention. Makes it super easy to see when someone replies.

Weird, both ways are fast for me. However, the fact Tapatalk goes to last read post makes it easier and faster for me. The fact it allows replies and shows images helps too.
