I find it unlikely that these terrorists have access to nukes. If they did, then they would surely have used them by now. Nuclear stockpiles are tightly controlled but I did hear a couple years ago that the Russians had lost a couple of suitcase nukes. who really knows though

And no one really knows how much money osama bin laden has except osama bin laden himself. The estimates range from 300 million to just a couple million (dollars). I've heard that it's really only around 10 million, which isn't that much if you want to run a global terrorist operation.
