60 day limit on the War Powers Act has expired, we're technically in another "illegal war" so where are all the protests? War is war, justifications are justifications. Any and all reasons can be used to justify a war and have been used to justify a war. Remember if you come in here to berate me and explain the differences between the "illegal wars" we wage, you're just trying to justify war. The anti-war crowd has already proven itself to be more about politics than philosophy.

The second Obama took office they packed up and went home and put the signs in the attic for 4-8 years.

We are still in Iraq, the war in Afghanistan has been expanded and we are attacking a country that hasn't been a threat to us since the mid 1980s and yet not a peep...

I have seen nothing to indicate that the United States military has taken any action against Libya since the sixty-day period passed; all reported missions have been conducted by other NATO members.
Do you have any information to the contrary?

Section 1541(c) explicitly states that the temporary war-making rights conferred by the statute apply only to "a national emergency created by attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions, or its armed forces."

What happened to them? Party is like religion/cult for many in this country and they deny reality.
