I would use my entire super bar and do an ultra combo to win via ringout.

downwards reverse heel kicks, with both feet, as fast as you can, until you can no longer see your opponent.

That's a Tae Kwon Do kick?

I'd go with a side kick. The most effective I've ever seen a side kick be is when the opponent is closing to strike with his hands. I've been caught quite a few times in the ribs while trying for a quick strike to the head. That was also the kick I was most proficient at when I took TKD. You can really put a crazy amount of force into a side kick if you do it right.

The answer is to not kick, but employ the cross-counter Dudley style

(Backwards half circle + punch)

fight to death?
if so, kick him in balls, then deliver a roundhouse downward kick to the side of the neck with the best option of connecting towards the back.
With a powerful legs and agility, you're gonna do damage.

Or kick to knees/shins to get a reaction fast enough for him to drop his guard so you can kick the neck, main thing being you need to get him lower or have some crazy vert. :p

I think that Nikes are a good match for boxers, whereas Reeboks are better for briefs.
