I dont understand why the cheese in the tacos and burritos doesn't melt. Thats part of the reason I go to Del Taco instead...the cheese actually melts.

That is what I am thinking. I have met some of the dumbest people at these fast food restaurants that manage to handle taking an order and handing one out. These people are not possessing some unique skill that allows them to do this. For the most part, they are dumb. If this guy can't handle it, he is ranked below fast food dumb? I can understand a complaint that the job is too easy, too greasy, too boring, but this is Taco Bell in the fast food business. They don't really have the highest standards and our OP is admitting he falls below them?

I stopped eating at taco bell... they seem to have a program to empower the mentally retarded or something. After having to deal with sloppy food preparation a few times, i decided that it's just not my kind of place any longer. It sounds like you're one of the lucky few who got into the new program.
