Al Sharpton will have a field day on this.
It's cause she's blackkkkkkkk
Is it because white people like you don't like seeing black people being empowered?
I wasn't referring to the story but to your comment about Al Sharpton and Jackson (i have no idea who you're talking about).
google Tawana Brawley - there's some empowering
Meh sh1t happens. Nothing is perfect in this world, and you're going to get some people trying to take advantage of stuff. They're on the extreme, because in order to get any attention in this age of hundreds of media channels, thousands of media outlets, and millions of stories, you need to act outrageously. That's what they do. I don't know why white people get their panties in such bunches when they see blacks with power actually helping other blacks. Of course, you ignore all the other blacks that are treated unfairly by the system. What are the chances that a white girl would have been charged with a felony in this case?

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- A Stafford County fast food employee is facing felony charges after a man told police she spat in his drink.
Eighteen-year-old Shaleesheya Ford is charged with adulteration of food, obstruction of justice and making a false report.
She faces up to 10 years in prison.
It happened April 14th at a Taco Bell along Garrisonville Road and it all started when a customer couldn't get some tea.
According to Stafford General District Court records, the 35-year-old victim - who did not want to give his name - purchased food at the drive-through window but didn't get the iced tea he ordered.
He says he complained and later got the drink. But when he opened it up he saw "a strange substance" floating in the cup.
Investigators later linked the incident to the woman.
She faces arraignment Tuesday.

What if the black girl spit in the man's cup because he was white? Would she have spit in Kobe's cup if he complained?......You can make baseless arguments like yours all day long.....truth is- the girl is a worthless employee of taco bell and it's unfortunate that we will have to pay taxes towards the lawyers and towards this girls stay at the state prison.........lets face it- if you work at taco bell- expect to be treated like a roach- you are one!......................

10 years and a felony conviction for spitting in a drink? How many people here applaud and joke about doing ****** to some assholes food? I'm sorry, she deserves to loose her job and get fined, but 10 years is a farce. People don't do that for drunk driving which, I think we can all agree, is a much worse offense.

So tell me, why are you so sick of Sharpton? What is he doing that's separating the races?
At least with neo-nazis and KKKs, they're upfront with their beliefs.

Spitting, imo, is assault. I had some guy (when I was like 15) try to pick a fight with me and I wouldn't hit him despite his repeated saying, "hit me! hit me!" Then, to I guess get me further pissed off, he spat on me.
Low and behold my reaction just took over and I punched him about 10 times in the face before others held me back from him. He was bloody. Then, the parents who were 'supervising us' (was right before a soccer practice) had this huge debate of who's fault it was.. Because I was the first to hit the kid.. but he did spit on me.
Oh ya.. I think a quick reaction like someone does to scare someone can also be assault. Being the smallest kid in my class all the way till about 10th grade, I got picked on a lot. So, I got in a lot of fights. One kid did kind of a clap with his hands right in my face to make me jump when he was picking a fight. So, I started punching him. I didn't get in trouble (was at my school) because my principal decided that the kid who picked a fight and tried to scare me instigated it because one's natural reaction is to protect himself. How am I supposed to know he's just clapping in my face and not punching me right when it's happening?
So anyway, imo.. Spitting in a drink should be a felony.

and she probably won't get 10 years...maybe no jail time at all. maybe probation and some fines. but I don't think this is something jackson / sharpton would get involved in. I mean, how could you possibly defend her, and on top of that, make it race related...

I'm sure she won't get 10 years....that's the maximum sentence for "adulteration of food".........although I would guess the 10 years is for putting more then spit in someone's cup.............She probably won't even get a felony......but if she does- serves her right for taking advantage of taco bell's genorosity! They're probably going to be sued and lose more in $$ then she's worth.....
