Who has had it and how awesome was it? What did you have? My wife is about to bring me back the A.M. Sausage Crunchwrap

Actually, I haven't had it. I don't typically eat breakfast, so I haven't tried it. I would imagine their breakfast burritos are better than McDonalds and Burger Kings. Certainly not as good as a roach coach though. But, we ain't got those in Chicago...
 
i've had all of the items.

the am crunchwrap is by far the best hot item they have. it's actually very good. it has the sauce from the quesadilla in it. very tasty.

the waffle taco is pretty good too, but i mean it's basically like breakfast folded up.

the other taco that is like egg on a tortilla folded up was bad. i would never get it again.

and the burritos were good too. but it just tastes like a normal fastfood breakfast burrito.

now the cinnabon bites ... holy shit those are good. definitely get those.
 
Had it once and really liked it.

We've made our own version of the AM Crunchwrap at home. You can buy bottles of the Jalapeno ranch Taco Bell uses. Since the real Crunchwrap is over 700 calories we used lower calorie tortillas, turkey sausage, 2% cheese, and egg whites to make ours about 400 calories. Still tastes awesome.
 
breakfast tacos > breakfast burritos.


no idea about taco bell, though i'm pretty certain crunchwraps are made to be eaten immediately.
 
Taco bell breakfast? What a shitty way to start the day with diarrhea and gastrointestinal distress. I swear each meal should come with TP and baby wipes. Dont see the hype in taco bell breakfast but to each his own.

Agreed with this almost to a T. Just need more syrup for the waffle taco than they give you. Its very dry without it.
 
I've had it... it sucks, and I'm a fatass who loves fast food. I've tried the cruchwrap and the waffle taco and neither were good. Couldn't taste the sausage in either case and the whole thing was pretty flavorless. I never thought I'd eat at taco bell and think "this needs salt" but it's really bland. If I'm gonna eat something terrible for me it better be god damned delicious, and it definitely wasn't. I won't be going back for breakfast.
 
If I have to eat a fast food breakfast on the road about all my stomach can handle early is something familiar like a boring Egg McMuffin.
 
My son wanted to try it and I took him last weekend. Was pleasantly surprised. Was decent and no GI issues at all. And this Cinnabon things were awesome.
 
Tried like every one of their breakfast items -- and regretted every time that I didn't go somewhere else for breakfast. Some of the options look/sound good, but mine just tasted terrible.

I gave it multiple chances and then I gave up on TB breakfast. 🙁

I felt the same way until I tried their scrambler the other day. Went back for another this morning.
 
I love the Crunchwrap, I ordered the Sausage one and they gave me the Steak instead. It was pretty damn good. Sauce was nice, steak was tender and the hash browns were nice and crunchy.

Thank god I'm not one of these "TB should come with TP due to the diarrhea it causes!" I've eaten there maybe 500 times in my life and had shitter problems once, which I can't even 100% attribute to TB. It would suck having a stomach that can't handle food.

What breakfast can I get at Chipotle again???

I'm talking about TB BREAKFAST here. But yes, I would pay to eat at TB over someone offering to buy me Chipotle. There isn't a strong enough word to describe how I feel about Chipotle Mexican Grill. TB is going down hill though, as they recently started putting that bullshit white rice with cilantro GARBAGE that Chipotle does in some burritos. If they change all their rice to this in the future I'll never be going back.
