I think the aversion to cilantro is actually genetic.

Tastes like soap to me, Chipotle has no rice without it. It's bad enough they have Mexican food but have some "latin" rice, the cilantro just makes it un-editable to me. And I can't eat Mexican food without rice.

But I haven't lived in Hawaii for a long time, I used to love the breakfast things they did there at McD's.

Wish they would do it elsewhere.

And that's not a steamed bun, *well i guess it is* it's Manapua 🙂

Used to visit the Manapua Trucks on almost a daily basis.

Try Spam again, my wife was that way also.

It's not like it used to be with the jelly, she loves it now and was skittish about trying it after her dad used to get it a lot when she was growing up.

We almost always have a can or two in the house.

She's a fan now, she whips a can out herself now and then.

The crunch wrap was not bad but the waffle taco was awful. The eggs on it were ok but the actual taco was disgusting. It was the first and only time I have ever eaten a bad waffle, I didn't even know it was possible to fuck those up.

Sweet! Where at?

dude Walmart sells the TB Jalapeno sauce, the chipotle sauce used in quesadillas, and another one I forgot. Its $1.99 a bottle.

edit. the other one is spicy ranchero. they are $1.50 a bottle

The cinnabon delights are to die for (inb4 jokes about actually dieing from them) and you can order them all day.

I haven't tried any of their other breakfast items.

I wish restaurants would be forced to stick to menu items based non their marketed establishment.

I do not believe in going to a dinner restaurant looking for breakfast. Everyone just does it to steal the other guy's business.

filipino place only cooks traditional filipino food...food joint to the other side of me that is called Dawes Road Donut shop cooks everything from american to chinese crap..they also have donuts.

its weird.

I've had Taco Bell's Biscuits-'n-Gravywrap, and it's awesome. Some real, authentic, American-South-Mexican there. Their CocoaPuffswrap is pretty good, too, but the real winner is the FrostedCherryPopTartwrap.

Taco Bell just keeps on hitting home runs with these new food inventions. Don't know how they do it.

i didnt think they could reinvent anything better using the same ingredients, but dang i just had a beef quesarito (substitute beef with beans, hold the sour cream) and it was awesome

I don't like Taco Bell breakfast. The only thing on the breakfast menu is that tastes decent is the maple syrup.

For national fast food chains, McDonalds owns breakfast!

With that being said, I love Taco Bell Chicken hard tacos.

I'd rather have a breakfast burrito from a roach coach than any fast food breakfast. Fast food eggs in particular to me are really disgusting.

Or you can go to your local deli and wait 7 minutes for a sausage/egg/cheese on kaiser roll with a little butter, salt + pepper. Pretty much eviscerates any fast food option. Seriously, it's hard to mess up the meat/egg/cheese on kaiser roll. A monkey could do it.

Yes yes and another yes. When I go to visit my family back home in NJ, I always make it a point to stop at a bagel joint and get either a sausage, bacon or taylor ham egg and cheese on a real NY style bagel. Dont know how any fast food breakfast can compete with that. NY/NJ area has the best bagels in the nation.

We don't have any real delis around here. Closest thing to that is in the grocery stores, and while they have a nice selection of cold cuts, they typically only serve cold sandwiches, goopy mayo-filled salad-y crap, and deep fried stuff. So point goes to urban life, there.

You say that like these delis with short order cooks in them are everywhere. I don't live in isn't NJ/NY anymore where there is a selection of such places. I live in the Minneapolis area now and I haven't seen a kaiser roll in the 1.5 years I've lived here.

I used to go to a donut shop for my morning bagel breakfast sammich when I was in San Diego. I used to go to Atlanta Bread Company before that. I go to Panera Bread now (nation wide).
