Tabata with a car?

For post workout cardio, which would be better? Doing tabata sprints of a 20/10 ratio, doing the same in meters for a car push, or just getting ladder sprints out of the way, 100 m or so.

I would probably go with the Tabata's. They've been scientifically proven to dramatically increase cardio efficiency as well as max VO2 and stuff like that. I imagine it's gonna hurt like crazy, but you will definitely see the benefits when you get it down.

EDIT: I meant the sprint Tabata's. Sorry 🙂
