i sh!t ye not. it was absolutely great. i thought it would be garbage but they put it together really well and it was a very worthy successor to T2. but beware, it has the ultimate spoiler ending so you better watch it before somebody tells you.
 
Better than Empire Strikes Back? Aliens? Toy Story 2? Wrath of Kahn? Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo?

IMHO, that's the best way to see movies. Nobody to talk to, nobody to talk to you. AMC Theatre's phrase is awesome: Please, don't spoil the movie by adding your own soundtrack. Silence is Golden! 🙂
 
Why would it be a spoiler if you're watching the movie and it's ending? Maybe you phrased it wrong or Im not understanding you

I am trying to decide on what time to go. Too early = damn kids...I hate kids. Too late = stoned college kids....I hate stoned college kids.

I wonder if they will do a special showing: just for me, w/the volume cranked to max. 😀
 
good movie. the audio track on this is excellent. good surround sound, nice booming effects. i enjoyed the movie very much, but its not without its faults. also, they made the movie a little too humorous for my tastes. the past movies had a darker feeling to them, but not this time around.
 
i'll agree that that the other movies were darker. t2 was an absolute cinematic masterpiece in my opinion. im just impressed that they were able to stay true to the spirit of the original movies, albeit in a different fashion.

as for the ending: i will say nothing. just go watch it asap so it doesnt get ruined for you.

Yeah, that would be nice. Too bad it's an impossible dream. My wife and I caught the Matrix Reloaded over the weekend at the IMAX theater. Absolutely FANTASTIC sound, except for that stupid Hispanic two-year old girl that was dragged to the theater and sat three rows in front of us. :|:| If I were a gambling man, I say go with the stoned college kids. However, these days, kids are dragged to movies by their parents at all times of the day and night. You can't win.

 
i went last night, packed room, but no kids. but behind me i had some foreign chatty-cathy's behind me. my friend motioned to me about them, and at the same time we turned around and just gave them the coldest, meanest stare. they hushed for the rest of movie. when i pay $7 for a movie in the states, i dont care for a french audio track over the english one.
 
SPOILER: It was the monkey that finally went forward in time to disable Skynet & free the Pod People from the Skeksis.

Never seen the movie, probably never will.
 
I saw it last evening, and I thought it was excellent.

However, the end of the movie should have been the middle, lol. There better be a T4 coming out soon to continue the saga!

By the way, should it have been rated R? Perhaps if that girl had been shown totally naked but geesh...
