T.O. is out for the season

Can't say it isn't karma, but I still feel bad for Eagles. WIthout him their chances of winning are much lower.

Never like to see someone out for the season.
But if he would of messed it up dancing, it would be tough to get the grin off my face.

Broken ankle bone, surgery on Wednesday. After seeing him on Letterman my opinion of him actually went up a little.

Owens needs surgery, season most likely over

Eagles | Owens Needs Surgery, Season Likely Over - from www.KFFL.com

Philadelphia Eagles WR Terrell Owens (leg, ankle) has a fractured fibula and a high ankle sprain. He does not have any ligament damage in his knee. He will need surgery to repair the ankle injury, which includes a screw being put through his ankle to stabilize the joint. Surgery is scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 22. There is a chance he could begin to run in five weeks. If things work out, there is an outside chance he could return for the Super Bowl. Team trainer Rick Burkholder said there are a lot of "hurdles" that need to be overcome to even get to that point.

I just saw the press conference from the eagles website live, tough break... no pun intended

Wtf, Philly can never catch a break. Last year, McNabb gets hurt in the NFC title game. Now it's Owens... just, wtf?

Eagles still have moer than enough talent to make it to SB at least. Either way, tough break for the Eagles. Outside McNabb maybe, T.O. was the last person they could afford to lose.

Um, choking is losing at full strength. Forget your parachute before hitting every branch on the stupid tree?

Eagles still have a good chance of making the SB, but I can't see them beating NE/Pittsburgh/Indy at this point.

Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.

Hmm, no team is at full strength at this point. Giants are missing their best 4 defensive players, their best linemen and their 2 deep threat wide receivers. NE is missing their 2 best corners. Pitt is missing their best WR and best RB. You just have to deal with injuries in NFL.

Who goes into the playoffs at full-strength anyway @sshat? No one. I know it hurts to be the next Buffalo Bills. hahahaha
