Dallas has been playing well this preseason, without T.O.
So, we'll be just fine without T.O. if he choses to feed the Cowboys organization the BS about his hamstring.

Wrong, it's a distraction to the team when reporters are asking other players about "T-O". And the more T-O doesn't play, the more the questions will come. Self destruction is right around the corner for Dallas, the morons did it to themselves. When they signed him, it gave me great joy to know they were injecting themselves with a deadly virus strain that will cripple them for at least the next couple years.

Yeah, and that's the problem. Jerry Jones should tell him it's $9500 an hour. Let's see how long he plays his games then!

Hardly. When has Harrison had a better year than Holt? And Harrison is the favorite receiver of Peyton Manning, to boot.

I hope the Cowboys lose every game this season. Hell, I pretty much hope for that every season though. ;)

Everyone is making such a big deal about this. Ok, he's hurt and missing preseason games. So are half the #1 wideouts in the league. So Parcells referred to him as 'this player' - if you see enough of his news conferences, this is how he refers to EVERYONE. So he missed a meeting and got fined. It happens to players all the time. Everyone is blowing the TO thing so out of proportion is ridiculous. He hasn't even really caused a problem yet, everyone just wants there to be one. And even IF he's "faking" an injury, which he's not, how is he being a cancer and tearing apart the team? Parcells isn't a whiny little girl like Reid, he won't let that happen.

pretty entertaining how the TO supporters are claiming this is no big deal...

how soon they forget the damage he has already caused to the niners and eagles.

The saying that a leapord cannot change his spots is seeming more applicable here.

Being injured and missing a meeting is wee bit different than calling your starting QB gay, or saying your starting QB got tired in the superbowl and that's why you lost, or threatening a holdout because you want more money and you feel the organization is trying to screw you.

Only if you are a fanboy, like yourself.

Holt and Harrison are, in my eyes, two of the most complete receivers in the game. I pretty consider them equal.

T-O only misses team meetings and practices when he's pissed off in order to create drama. Once Parcells really "punishes" T-O and tries to control him is when the real fireworks will start. T-O cannot be told what to do by anyone, he does things on his own terms, he isn't a team player. Parcells is a match, T-O is gasoline. You'll see.

it is just a matter of time...TO didn't screw up overnight in San Fran or Philly either...I am sure it will get interesting by the middle of season...

how can you so casually ignore his past??? what makes you think he going to be any different in Dallas?

I'm not saying he will be. I'm saying Dallas' organization isn't a bunch of pansies like the Eagles. Andy Reid let T.O. get away with murder, and Lurie didn't say a word until 6 months after he was off the team. Do you really think a team led by Bill Parcells and Jerry Jones will let anyone else take control of their team? He'll be gone long before that happens.

I'm also saying that while he probably WILL spark problems later, he hasn't done anything so far, the media is just scraping for a story.

how much damage in the locker room will be caused by the time he leaves? that is a major distraction that affects the entire team in a very negative way...

if the media is scraping for a story, TO doesn't seem to mind feeding them table scraps...he knows the spotlight is on him and yet he refuses to the do the little things that can avoid this negative publicity (since he seems love feeding off of that anway)...

That's what I'm saying, they won't drag it out as long as the Eagles did, he'll be gone long before there is such lasting "locker room damage".

Plus, lets be serious, the Eagles sucked last year regardless of the T.O. situation. Half the team was injured, plus they had no running game to speak of.

T.O. is over-rated and a problem player because he does not know the word TEAMWORK. Everything is about T.O.

The NFC East will by far be the toughest division by far this year. Just like it used to be (excluding the cards).

Avoid what? He missed a meeting and rehab FFS, players do this all the time and get fined. Hell, you've probably been late to work once right? I seriously doubt he woke up and said, "Hmmm, I think I'll purposely miss a meeting to make sure the media stays focused on me."

You also forget he was fine with the Eagles the first year, as he got the ball.

And for this injury crap, a lot of starters are sitting out the pre-season with minor injuries, that if it was the regular season they would be playing. All you hypocrite Eagles fans, Brian Westbrook ring a bell?

The media is reaching for a story.

The 2001 49ers managed to capture a 12-4 record but were defeated by the Green Bay Packers yet again during a wild-card match. The team's success was hampered by Owens' feuds with Garcia and head coach Steve Mariucci. Those feuds were temporarily put aside during the 2002 season when the 49ers surged to win the NFC Western division and earned a home playoff date against the New York Giants.

Following a subpar team season in 2003, Owens left the 49ers. Immediately after breaking off all ties to the 49ers, Owens appeared in an interview for Playboy magazine, where he created controversy after insinuating that Garcia was homosexual

In April of 2005, Owens announced that he had hired a new agent, Drew Rosenhaus, one of the most aggressive agents currently representing NFL players, and indicated that he will seek to have his contract with the Eagles renegotiated. Owens made $9 million in 2004, and was slated to make $3.5 million in 2005. He also caused considerable controversy with a comment to the effect that he "wasn't the guy who got tired in the Super Bowl," the remark apparently directed at Donovan McNabb, who angrily denounced Owens for making it.

Yeah...I'm sure the media made him do all these things...I love how some people are just blinded by the truth...

The Top 6 AFC Teams are better than any of the teams in the NFC
