T-mobile

Deeko

Lifer
I just checked my T-Mobile account online, my bill is $78 :| I pay $39.99 for monthly access, plus $2.99 for T-Zones, which includes 300 text messages, plus 50 built into my plan. Halfway through the month, I was getting close to my text message allotment, so I called and added 500 more for $1.99. My phone, an Ericsson T68, keeps track of the total number of messages, both sent and received. I was at about 325 when I called. Now, T-Mobile has been being kinda gay lately, requiring me to send a message 2 or 3 times sometimes before it will send. The first and possibly second time, my phone reports a "message not sent" error, and the person I'm sending it to does not receive it. However, all of that extra on my bill is from text messaging charges! Apprently, they recorded each one of those sent messages as actually being sent. I have no proof of this, as I've reset the SMS counter on my phone for this month. Is there any way for me to convince them of this, or am I stuck paying almost twice what I should?

Who/Why are you sending so many text messages? I assume if you have always paid your bill on time and reminded them that you bought extra they would believe you. It is worth a shot...

Do yourself a favor and don't reset the SMS often. And good god, man, CALL someone instead of sending so many frickin text messages!!!

My girlfriend. She has conestoga wireless(I used to as well, switched in august because I wanted internet access), conestoga gives you unlimited messages for free, its a local carrier, so in my school district/surround school districts, text messaging is like a standard form of communication, like talking on the phone or AIM.

Well, I reset it for this month, so I would be able to keep track and not go over for the month, and technically I shouldn't have last month either, according to the counter. And the majority of the text messages occur when talking can't, like during class, and at night(yea that's right, she has a bedtime lol, she isn't allowed out of her room after 10, and she has a prepaid phone which she rarely puts minutes on.)

Have you seen this Deeko ?

Actually no, and I was under the impression that I did get free nights...not that it's a big deal, I only used like 300 of my 600 minutes last month.

I have tmobile....reception really blows...especially in so. california.....each time i press the send button, that's 1 minute....and i get dropped/failed calls every 1/3 - 1/4 of the time...and i have 1000 minutes per month...so if i do use 1000 minutes, 250-300~ of those minutes are wasted from trying to call due to bad reception.....
fvcking cingular and tmobile...

You should be able to call a number after each dropped call and receive credit(at least sprint does this).
