I just checked my T-Mobile account online, my bill is $78 :| I pay $39.99 for monthly access, plus $2.99 for T-Zones, which includes 300 text messages, plus 50 built into my plan. Halfway through the month, I was getting close to my text message allotment, so I called and added 500 more for $1.99. My phone, an Ericsson T68, keeps track of the total number of messages, both sent and received. I was at about 325 when I called. Now, T-Mobile has been being kinda gay lately, requiring me to send a message 2 or 3 times sometimes before it will send. The first and possibly second time, my phone reports a "message not sent" error, and the person I'm sending it to does not receive it. However, all of that extra on my bill is from text messaging charges! Apprently, they recorded each one of those sent messages as actually being sent. I have no proof of this, as I've reset the SMS counter on my phone for this month. Is there any way for me to convince them of this, or am I stuck paying almost twice what I should?
