system of a down and disturbed

Uh yeah except for that whole Disturbed part..

SOAD is awesome, too bad they got popular on one of their more medicore songs, thats bandwagon music for ya.

Because I like music that takes talent, IE not the same annoying ass scream and the same 3 chords with distortion to cover up how much they really suck??
 
haha, disturbed, what a joke. the singer is like some 40 year old penis who thinks he's some mystical monk or something. and their music blows.

i used to like SOAD, but their newer stuff is just all whiney and annoying, and whats with that video with the camera scrolling by a bunch of 15 year olds? their music can be good though (sans vocals).

hey, i found this really heavy band called limpin park..or was it biscuit ice or some..ah nevermind.

mainstream music is a joke.

anyway... how come songs like Snowblind (SOAD) never get airtime? IMO that's one kickass song. Much better than Crap Suey.
 
I thought Ariels was the best one off of the new album. Very powerful, not in a raw speed sort of way though.

i agree with you on both parts,

first time i heard System of a down was when they teamed with Wu Tang Clan for "shame on a N*gg*" GREAT SONG

liked them ever since
 
both are good in their own right.


distrubed is pretty good for a quick fix of hard-ish rock.

system of a down just has this energy about them that no other band has.

yea man snowblind is awesome, i love that little sound in the background like picking the guitar or somethin i think it starts at 1 minute 28 secs.
 
Distrubed has one or two good songs.

But how you can mention them in a sentence with System of a Down is beyond me...

I guess SOAD's newer stuff is pretty bad...and probably on the level of Distrubed. But SOAD's older great stuff is so far superior to Disturbed there are no words to describe it.
 
bastards. i had to load up System of a Down songs now. 'Sugar' is my favorite song by far, followed by "Prison Song"
 
i'm not really a fan of system of a down.... i don't know about disturbed though. however i do like linkin park
they rule 😀
