i've ordered many times from svc. always came within 2-3 days, no troubles at all

word up, though i may reconsider the next time i order, i've only been hearing more and more neg. things about SVC since i last ordered from them (about 3 months ago now). G'luck on your orderstuff.

The worst part is that even the tracking number doesn't exist in usps database. They claim it was an online tracking.

But even you sent with an e-tracking, you still get some sort of notice from usps.

I never even got that.

I believe they never sent it.

I went there couple times before they moved.

Then, I stopped buying from them after hearing from one of my friends who worked there for several months. He said that the arrogant boss always think the workers was expandable and treat them like one.

Maybe I will drive over the new places one day to take a look while also checking out softwareandstuff.com local store.

Yup...that sounds like the arrogant boss alright. I remember one time, one of the workers there quit because that arrogant boss told him he was nothing, worthless and easily replacable. To him, labor is easily replacable. Now you tell me what kind of business is this? Seriously. When you don't have respect for your own employees, how are you going to maintain dedicated workers? You crush their morale and what happens? The customer service sucks. After I quit that job, I have vowed never to spend 1 cent there again. It's been 2 and a half years since I've worked there and I have still not given them one cent of my money. Any of my friends ask me about SVC and I've always told them to stay away. Apparently they don't even know how to treat their employees right, let alone their customers.

Let me guess, were you working the RMA's?

I only have good things to say about SVC. Over a year ago i bought an X-Dreamer case, it arrived within a week, but had been beaten up by the courier. I emailed SVC, got a phone call same day, then a call the next day to say they had sent me out a brand new case.

I've bought small things from them since, like the fact they use usps, and the delivery charges are realistic
