Edit:
Now that the hideous, unreadable spam e-mail has been edited to text, it looks better. Still pretty vague on the deals, though.

You know not what you speak!:D

SV Compucycle sends out emails about GREAT deals from time to time. People are kind enough to post the deals here in the forum. Don't believe me, do a search for SVC in the Hot Deals forums. I personally got the email this morning myself.

People need to remove the sticks from their arse;)

Same email here. These guys are great to deal with. Really reasonable shipping, good turnaround time, dependable and great prices. You can't ask for more from an online vendor.

Everyone pretty much knows SVC has good prices. You should of only posted the hot deals there if you didnt want to get trashed. Those CPU prices Suck and so do the HD prices.

Only thing that's nice on the price are a couple of heatsinks and fans.

wow, bump for a hot deal on a cool cooler, the SVC GC68. I bought one a month or so ago from them for ~$12, and have been very pleased with it. I bought it to replace my old Alpha PAL6045 cooler *sniff*, so that I could use a quiter 80mm fan instead of the noisy 60mm on the Alpha. Very pleased with the results (noise-wise), and my temp readings stayed about the same, so I'm happy with it.

Didn't want to get trashed? He did a copy/paste on an email with good deals, is it really that hard to look yourself and see what deals you want to take advantage of?

There are probably cheaper prices on their components, but you don't get vampired on shippping with SVC and you actually recieve your order before you turn 100 years old! unlike some of the vendors out there on pricewatch

How good is this ram? I found someone selling I think the same thing used for $73 that I was about to buy, but I'd much rather get a new stick from here. This looks like it's a really good deal (unless samsung sucks).

There pricing is decent but watch the shipping, I was going to order some thermaltake heat spreaders for my new DDR ram when I ordered the AS3 with free shipping, the guy on the phone told me it would be $6 more for shipping for a #10 item that weighs maybe 2-3 ounces, now I shipped a cpu which is about the same weight for half that, but hey they have to make $$$ somewhere. Just be careful their "real" shipping prices are only realistic if you live on the moon :D

Woah. Average of almost 27 posts per day. Even JokerSmoker would have to take off his hat for that. The help files don't even list a ranking of "Ace Reporter".

.... so are you saying that the guys' threads that have the fry's electronics ads, in their entirety, should be trashed???? ..... thats basically what I did .... i was just letting the people, who didnt get the email, know about their sale cause not everyone has ordered from this company before .... if you dont like this thread .... then go to the next one
