I had to get some of those clear fans and that 60-80mm adapter, good deals. And all you a$$es complaining about how cold this is, have probably never dealt with this company before. They are top-notch when it comes to customer service, getting your order shipped out the same day, and their shipping prices are cheap!

EDIT: IS300 ~ it's called a house-brand heatsink and obviously you don't know what you are talking about because many companies sell "house-brand" merchadise.

And thank you, hcarlson for clarifying that...I obviously don't know what I'm talking about, since I did pose the question (I wasn't suggesting anything else). I guess I should have included that it seems unusual for a "House Brand" to become one of the best heatsinks and all-around values for the money. You seem to have been a bit emotional when you posted 😉...

Can anyone tell me what regular price was for the GC68 w/ stock fan before the sale?

I know it says right there - "Regular price: $14.98", but I remember checking it out before the sale, and I'm pretty sure their normal price was cheaper than $14.98.

SVC rules!! i ordered a sys fan got it in 4 days. It didnt fit my mobo i got another one to replace it in less than 1 week, great company!

Good deal...will probably pick up some of those panaflos, then wait for a good cheap rounded cable sale to clean up my rat's nest...*sigh* this is gonna cost me...

Any ideas on cleaning up the power wiring?

I put an order in for the GC68 and a panaflo and a nidec quiet fan. We'll see what they are like. I'm hoping to reduce the noise on my computer, I might end up replacing the fan in my PSU also.

Regarding those clear fans with the blue leds, do you think those leds can be turned off or are tey always on when the fan is plugged in? Thanks, this info will help tons.

I paid $12.98 Jan. 22 and it was worth the price back then, when they first got them in. Make sure the CPU clip is centered. It's tight, but will move. If it's still chrome plated, sand it off on the bottom.

Just got my email back regarding my question in my post 2 above this one.

The LED's are always on. They are located inside the center hub of the fan,
and face the side of the fan that sucks air. The LED's are brighter than
most power LED's in the computer case or on your monitor, etc. But they are
not the superbright led's that are currently used in some stoplights and
miniature flashlights.

As long as you guys arent annoyed by the lights, I'm done for some blue glow show 😀.

SVC is excellent. Cheapest prices on cooling, cheapest shipping. Thanks XxDatxX, Too bad I don't need anything now. 🙁

Hrm... if those led's are mounted in the center it'd probably be bad to put those fans on a baybus or 7 volt them. You could however get a simple switch and turn em off and on, not that that'd help cooling much.

Isn't the samsung PC2700 a pretty damn good deal considering the PCB and memory modules is both made by Samsung? I'm thinking about getting it, instead of paying the same for Crucial PC2100. What do you guys think?
