Ever been bitten by a severely venomous spider? It hurts like hell. Muscles cramp and freak out like you're having the most painful seizure of your life.

if i had shoes, i'd say spiders or scorpians... just keep stomping and not let them have a chance to bite...
if i had enough clothes to cover my body up, i'd say wasps/etc, since i can wait it out while they all kill each other, and then smash the survivors

I pick scorpions. As someone mentioned, they are less poisonous than snakes/spiders. Scorpions are also less aggressive. Bees don't just cover the ground, but fill the air making the number of possible stings much higher. So while their stings aren't bad, the sheer number is enough to ensure death. Some snakes and spiders will "leap" at you while they strike, making avoiding them harder. Scorpions are confined to the ground and I imagine if you stomped around really fast you could clear out an area to stand in (if you're bare foot, then if you can just stand still I guess, there's still a chance they'll ignore you)
