I think Russell was afraid he might not have Jason fully on board yet, or better yet as someone else mentioned, he needs him to beat Brett.

Monica is indeed hot, altho more than a night with her I'd probably shoot myself.

This religious alliance angle of Brett's is fascinating. On the other hand, I'd tell Natalie anything she wanted to hear to scheme a little taste of that southern belle.

Thank God this isn't a public vote...Lord knows how screwed up Christians can vote when they see someone of their ilk. Amen, lol. As for natalie, she's much more of a tomboy than she leads on...also she's a pharmaceutical saleswoman, so she knows game.

It will be interesting if three Galu members make it to the final three because the entire jury is Foa Foa.

If Russel makes it he will most likely win imho.

Russel is the only one that *deserves* to win. That said, it does take some luck for anyone to win.

However the ONE thing that always infuriates me about Survivor is that rarely does the majority cast their vote based off who played the game well.

The asian (chinese?) dude won recently due to gameplay, over the poor waiter(?). I think everyone has seen Russell not just dominate, but dominate so much he intimidated and that imo has earned a lot of awe from the jury (particularly eric, based on his reactions, lol.) If he's a finalist, he absolutely has to win.

However the ONE thing that always infuriates me about Survivor is that rarely does the majority cast their vote based off who played the game well. The majority always talks about "honesty" and "friendship" and crap like that. I just don't get it. Its not a dating/make a friend show. Its OUTWIT your opponent.

I would like to think that no matter HOW BAD I got blindsided and screwed, I could at least give that person credit that they obviously outplayed me and deserved to win.

<edit> BTW, Shambo was fucked whether she was voted off or not. Even after they tossed her to the side, she gave the Foa Foa tribe credit and props. She couldn't even see that they just used her and abused her the entire way then tossed her to the side at the end. So naive it's scary.

Biggest idiot still goes to the kid on the season where they had two past contestants and some survivor fans. A group of girls managed to get "the youngest suvivor player" to give up his immunity necklace to another player at tribal. Of course they voted his as out.

Russel is probably the best player I've seen to date. A little mouthy, and probably shows his cards a little too much, but in all an outstanding player of "the game".

I lost interest in this season when Shambo flipped. Glad she got what was coming to her, but I hate the four people that were helped by it. Russell played great, but he's a douchebag, Mick is a nothing, Natalie is less than nothing and Jaison is a whiny little girl. Blech.
