Hopefully HL wins the case but I doubt it. It's disgusting how there are so many on here who don't respect religious liberty and private business.

It's disgusting how you think the specific religious liberty of the few should trump the personal liberty of all, just because of their butthurt.

cry more, troll.

Personal liberty would be HL pays their workers a wage, worker goes to the store and picks up birth control.

If wheat grown on private property for private consumption is eligible for federal regulation under the interstate commerce clause (Wickard v. Filburn) then by the same logic Hobby Lobby should object to even an infinitesimally small amount of their money being spent on something that they find objectionable.

Their liberty isn't being violated you troll. They don't want to pay for certain birth control. Who are you to tell them how to operate when you don't even own a business.

neither do you, dingleberry. This is now a SCOTUS issue. the liberty of ALL will be violated if the court swallows this horseshit about religious freedom.

Says one of the worst for doing exactly this.

You're funny.

Have some tea.

Their liberty isn't being violated though.

so, if corporations are granted this religious exemption that HL desires, and the company I work for then denies me coverage for certain options that are better for me simply because they believe Jesus thinks that care is wrong, and against all physician recommendations, my liberty is not being violated?

kindly go engage in sexual intercourse with yourself, if you do not see this as a violation of liberty.

The owners have religious beliefs.

The owners?

So, every single stockholder has the same religious beliefs?

this is interesting.

it's funny how you continue to deflect arguments against your idiotic claims by claiming other people aren't business owners...while you continue to display a profound lack of understanding anything about business.

It's a private business and they can't be forced to do it. It's funny how you and your ilk claim it's alright for corporations to limit your speech but you're against this.

It's funny you want to bully a private business. Your stupidity is amazing. HL doesn't want to pay for certain birth control yet they are still willing to pay for other birth control. The rights of the employees aren't being violated at all.

I'm so writing a letter to the Church of The FSM in order to tell them of my new revelations that state that entire sections of OSHA guidelines are against HIS Noodly Will.

Just think of the contributions that faithful corporations will send to him in thanks for not having to follow all those sacrilegious (and expensive) OSHA guidelines.
