Suggestions on simple 2D drawing program...

Does a program like this exist? I remember a modder on bit-tech used a program like this to draw up schematics of his computer case and then he textured it with bitmaps and it looked pretty good. I guess I'm looking for a sketch/color program.

I do all my schematics with Macromedia Flash MX. For drawing, the program is very easy...
