Suggestions on simple 2D drawing program...

Does a program like this exist? I remember a modder on bit-tech used a program like this to draw up schematics of his computer case and then he textured it with bitmaps and it looked pretty good. I guess I'm looking for a sketch/color program.

its EASY to use and lies somewhere between a drawing app an a CAD app (plus has loads of free dloadable libaries). For schematics or charts plus quick engineering TD's its just about unbeatable...plus it has a trial.
