Ok, i am about to buy an Antec DF-85

(for the free shipping deal)

Is there any reason not to?
Should i wait for when i buy the rest of the system? I will buy the rest in the next few weeks. ( all at one time though except for the case)

Is the "unlocked" 875k a gimmick?

And i thought the H70 was pretty good, Also makes the build look "cleaner" because of the side window.
 
Well, the 875k is unlikely to allow you to overclock any further than an 870, it's just easier with the 875k. The upper multiplier limit on the 870 doesn't restrict overclocking, it just requires the usual tweaking of options in BIOS.

No doubt the H70 looks good if you focus on the view through the side window, but it performance/price isn't as good as its rivals based on the tower design.
