Suggest me a good deodorant please !

I use Dove 48 hour protection and it works good for me. It's not an antiperspirant, but I don't get much sweat using it. They might have an antiperspirant variety though.
 
As others said, only an anti-perspirant will solve sweat issues. I have no experience with them.

That said, if you are supposed to be sweating; it's probably going to be a no-win using anything.
 
I use Degree clinical protection, it's like 3x the price of regular Degree, but it seems to work the best of anything I've tried. I don't sweat and I don't smell, which makes it worth the $12 a stick imho.
 
Old Spice Anti-Perspirant works great for me, lots of great scents to choose from, too. My current favorite is Champion.
 
I use a right guard clear type. It has kept me dry and sweat free for a long time. Lasts a bit more than 24 hours sometimes. Other types irritated my skin.
 
In the shower. Soap and water. Repeat. After a dry off, rub in a spritz of 70% rubbing alcohol into the arm pits.
 
That works but it dries out your pores quickly so if you have skin issues it isn't recommended to do that all the time.

I've been doing it over 10 years, never had an issue AFAIK. I don't stink, my odor is my natural + any odor from my mild soap, Ivory bar soap, "100% pure."
