I use @home but i use DHCP. The host name you use for freesco is your @home id. Then you can name the router whatever you want. As for which card is eth0, i just guessed and waited to see if the dhcpoffer returned my ip addr.
On another note, i tested icq. I can send files, but not receive them. On the freesco forum i found info on fixing that using port forwarding and a packet scanner.
So far my router has been running non-stop since thursday with no problems yet. I did install mine on a hard drive though.
